Our Coffee-Rugged Mountain Roasters
Chris of Rugged Mountain Roasters was hand roasting coffee out of his van before he relocated to Tahsis BC, and then to Fort Macleod, Alberta.
He sources organic, single-origin beans from Mexico, Columbia, Honduras, Uganda, and Nicaragua. You can find Rugged Mountain Roasters coffee at locations across town (in Fort Macleod) or from Chris directly. He also ships across Canada and attends local Markets across Southern Alberta.

☕️What is air-roasted coffee? In the process of air roasting, it is the hot air that roasts the bean, not the surface of the roaster. Think of it like popcorn! It eliminates the bitter-tasting tars because of its continual movement.
☕️What makes it different? You never get that burned flavour that comes with conventional roasters. It creates an intensely aromatic coffee bean with a very clean taste.
